“If we believe the product we sell is what comes in the box, or the bits that are delivered over the web… we’re delusional. The only thing we sell and produce of significance, that drives our business, is the quality of the experience that those things we ship with the boxes engender. If the customers don’t have a great experience that brings value, we have failed, and deserve to fail.”
